Activities include: individual and group tutorials, workshops and seminars, CRITS, studio visits, guided tours of Rome, and Open Studios. Participants are selected through an open call by an international jury that changes every year.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"1193\">CASTRO fosters collaboration, experimentation, and peer-to-peer learning. Each edition of the program is shaped around the interests and practices of its participants, encouraging a dynamic environment where individual and collective research intersect. The program also acts as a platform to connect with local professionals, organizations, and initiatives, facilitating exchanges that enrich both the participants and the wider community. In return for their participation, students are invited to actively contribute to shaping the program and its activities.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1632\">The open call is addressed to artists and researchers from all disciplines, approaches, and backgrounds. We are looking for individuals interested in exploring alternative learning methods, willing to engage with unconventional studio practices, open to questioning and unlearning, and committed to building collaborative and supportive working environments\u2014both within and beyond CASTRO\u2014with strong involvement in the broader
