Job Title: Junior Producer<\/span><\/h4>\n

Summary:<\/strong> We’re looking for a freelance individual to project manage CASTRO’s Academia Program during 2023 and lead on project planning into 2024. This is an exciting time to join us as we embark on a number of new projects.<\/p>\n

Duration:<\/strong> September to December 2023<\/p>\n

Hours:<\/strong> 16 weekly hours, flexible schedule to be agreed ahead of the start date. Required to attend 2 monthly Team Meetings<\/p>\n

Contract:<\/strong> freelance collab<\/p>\n

Fee:<\/strong> 2.000,00 \u20ac to 2.500,00 \u20ac (taxes included) (based on experience)<\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong> Rome<\/p>\n

Closing date for application:<\/strong> 20th August 2023<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

A) Manage the planning and delivery of CASTRO’s educational workshops (the activities have already been designed and planned; some have already been produced in the past by the Team at CASTRO):<\/p>\n

* Manage relationships and assist partners e tutors<\/p>\n

* Sourcing materials<\/p>\n

* Presence and support during events<\/p>\n

* Production of online communication materials related to the Program (through preexisting templates)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

B) Public Program events support, if necessary:<\/p>\n

* Presence and support during CRITS<\/p>\n

* Presence and support during CASTRO Library events<\/p>\n

* Work with the Team at CASTRO and key partners to collaboratively develop an interconnected approach to future programs<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Person Specification:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

* Proficiency in Italian and English<\/p>\n

* Google Drive, Cal, Sheets and Docs; Acrobat Photoshop and InDesign skills<\/p>\n

* Specific knowledge of the field of contemporary art and interest in alternative learning<\/p>\n

* Proven experience of working in a similar role and environment<\/p>\n

* Excellent organisation and planning skills<\/p>\n

* Attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n

* Excellent interpersonal skills; written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively at all levels<\/p>\n

* A strong team player able to work collaboratively, positively and enthusiastically with colleagues<\/p>\n

* Serious and confidential attitude<\/p>\n
