This is an exciting time to join us as we embark on a number of new projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Duration:<\/strong> January to July 2024; extendable<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Hours:<\/strong> 20 weekly hours, flexible schedule to be agreed ahead of the start date. Required to attend 4 monthly Team Meetings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Contract:<\/strong> freelance collab<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Fee: <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">between 5000 and 6000\u20ac depending on experience<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Location<\/strong>: Rome<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Closing date for application:<\/strong> 19 December 2023<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deal with a number of organisational and administrative duties pertaining the planning and delivery of the Studio Program such as studio visits, events, and open studios<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with the organisation and production of the CRIT programme: manage calendar, liaise with artists, facilitators and hosting venues, deal with logistical issues and space arrangements<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be present during events (CRITS, Presentations) and assist with event facilitation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with the organisation and production of Library-related events and manage administrative duties related to CASTRO&#8217;s growing library (contributions, database, requests, book purchases, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage studio holders requests and studio advertisement, and deal with logistical issues when required<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with a number of financial related duties including managing petty cash and dealing with invoices<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deal with other administrative or office related duties as they emerge<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with fundraising and gathering documentation for funding applications in collaboration with the Programmes Manager and the Director<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with the organisation and production of fundraising events in collaboration with the Director<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><i>Person Specification:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficiency in Italian and English<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google Drive, Cal, Sheets and Docs; Acrobat Photoshop and InDesign skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specific knowledge of the field of contemporary art and interest in alternative learning<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Based in Rome<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent organisation and planning skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attention to detail and accuracy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent interpersonal skills; written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively at all levels<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A strong team player able to work collaboratively, positively and enthusiastically with colleagues<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serious and confidential attitude<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><i>How to apply<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please send a CV and cover letter to info@castroprojects.it with subject line: Job Application_Programs Assistant by the <strong>19th December 2023.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Title: Programs Assistant Summary: We&#8217;re looking for a freelance individual based in Rome to assist the production and delivery of CASTRO&#8217;s Programs during 2024.
