Activities include but are not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Website;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Emails;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Newsletters;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Brochures;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Fundraising collateral;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Social media updates: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00b0 Actively manage and\u00a0implement communications plan calendar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00b0 Document events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"s2\">Event management<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><br \/>\n\u00b0 Support Director in producing seminars, talks, round tables and other events. Project duties include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Overseeing event management and planning from concept to execution<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Ensuring events are on time and within budget;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Creation of printed materials for the event;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Event PR;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"s2\">Funding Application and Crowdfunding management<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s1\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00b0 Support Director in applying for funding. Project duties include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Regular research online for new funding opportunities;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Set up and manage Kickstarter Campaign;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Funding application;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"s2\">Administrative Duties<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s1\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00b0 Provide support to the Director as needed, and other duties as assigned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><em><strong><span class=\"s2\">Minimum Qualifications:<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Bachelors in related field <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Highly proficient in English and Italian (both written and oral)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Strong interest in the organization&#8217;s mission<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Experience in the contemporary art system in Rome<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Excellent planning skills, punctuality and positivity<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Autonomy in personal\/client relations and project\u2019s management<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s6\">Proven knowledge of the social media ecosystem<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Experience in fundraising and public grants applications<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Experience managing website content and Mailchimp<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">Application Deadline: 10th January<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">Interviews: 14-15th January<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">Trial Period: 21st January &#8211; 1st February<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CASTRO IS LOOKING FOR A PART TIME COMMUNICATIONS AND EVENTS MANAGER Position type: Part time, 2 days per week and during public events CASTRO is seeking a part time Communications and Events Manager to lead its communications and events production efforts.
