Job Title: Junior Producer
Summary: We’re looking for a freelance individual to project manage CASTRO’s Academia Program during 2023 and lead on project planning into 2024. This is an exciting time to join us as we embark on a number of new projects.
Duration: September to December 2023
Hours: 16 weekly hours, flexible schedule to be agreed ahead of the start date. Required to attend 2 monthly Team Meetings
Contract: freelance collab
Fee: 2.000,00 € to 2.500,00 € (taxes included) (based on experience)
Location: Rome

Responsibilities:
A) Manage the planning and delivery of CASTRO’s educational workshops (the activities have already been designed and planned; some have already been produced in the past by the Team at CASTRO):
* Manage relationships and assist partners e tutors
* Sourcing materials
* Presence and support during events
* Production of online communication materials related to the Program (through preexisting templates)
B) Public Program events support, if necessary:
* Presence and support during CRITS
* Presence and support during CASTRO Library events
* Work with the Team at CASTRO and key partners to collaboratively develop an interconnected approach to future programs
Person Specification:
* Proficiency in Italian and English
* Google Drive, Cal, Sheets and Docs; Acrobat Photoshop and InDesign skills
* Specific knowledge of the field of contemporary art and interest in alternative learning
* Proven experience of working in a similar role and environment
* Excellent organisation and planning skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent interpersonal skills; written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively at all levels
* A strong team player able to work collaboratively, positively and enthusiastically with colleagues
* Serious and confidential attitude
