What do we think of when we think of a different place? A different place is always a thought or a memory. What comes to mind is the creation of memories that we have not in fact lived, informed by various formats of image making both in and out of the imagination. What does it mean to document an image that is not your own, but a nod to your role as witness to the vicarious? Memory making is always rooted in a different place.
