On 20 May 2026, from 6:00 to 10:00pm, CASTRO will open its doors for an evening of celebration with open studios, art sale, music and drinks.
The evening is born in collaboration with ROARK as a moment of celebration and in support of the PEER crowdfunding campaign — a new experimental and free educational programme for 10 emerging artists living and working in Rome..
PEER is Castro's educational programme, taking shape in 2027, and can only exist thanks to community support. For this reason, Castro has launched a campaign on Produzioni dal Basso. ROARK produces and sells limited editions and commissioned objects by artists and designers, including works by Castro fellows and former fellows. During the evening, some of these works will be available for purchase.
