Agnese Reginaldo is a researcher, curator and art educator whose work focuses on the intersection between art and social sciences. She works in collaboration with artists, academics, and galleries as well as with bigger organization, with the aim of creating a more effective connection between the audience and contemporary art through workshops, writings and other types of public engagement activities.
Agnese holds a degree in history of art from the University Federico II in Naples, between 2012 and 2019 she has lived and worked in London and currently is based in Germany
Her recent works include: Losing touch and Sex work through the ages, both written for Wellcome Collection (2021, London). Here, she also led workshops such as Love for sale and Dance of dead tour (2020, London). She has been guest lecturing at Chelsea College of Art to talk about how to curate public engagement (2019, London). In addition, Agnese curated the public programme for the exhibition Blood and Bones: Living with cancer at the UCHL (2018, London).
Agnese won the Fideuram Reasearch Fellowship at CASTRO.
Agnese si è laureata in Storia dell’arte all’Università Federico II di Napoli, tra il 2012 e il 2019 ha vissuto e lavorato a Londra e attualmente risiede in Germania.
Tra i suoi lavori recenti ricordiamo: Losing touch e Sex work through the ages, entrambi scritti per la Wellcome Collection (2021, Londra). Qui ha anche condotto laboratori come Love for sale e Dance of dead tour (2020, Londra). È stata ospite del Chelsea College of Art per parlare di come curare il coinvolgimento del pubblico (2019, Londra).
