Since June 2023, CASTRO has been home to a new library dedicated to alternative education and radical pedagogy. Open to the public and free to access, the library is the result of a collective process: each month, by invitation, two artists, curators, educators, or researchers—both Italian and international—contribute a text that has been significant to their practice or education. These texts are added to the collection, which continues to grow over time, fostering an ongoing dialogue on experimental education between the national and international art scenes through reading groups, discussions, and workshops.
